Help the USAFA Combat Shooting Team compete and travel to gain both experience and exposure.

The USAFA Combat Shooting Team is composed of highly motivated individuals who share a desire to continually develop and refine their skills at the highest level. The team shoots multiple times per week at the USAFA range and attends both 2- and 3-gun matches in the local area as often as possible. The three main weapon systems that the team operates are the M4, Glock 34/Sig M17, and the Semiautomatic Shotgun.

The cadet team travels around the country to national-level competitions roughly twice per year. Last year, the team placed third at the first annual SIG Relentless Warrior Championship in Newington, New Hampshire, where they competed against teams such as Texas A&M, West Point, Navy, and Virginia Tech. Looking ahead, the USAFA Combat Shooting Team aims to compete and travel more often in an effort to gain both experience and exposure.

Outside of shooting, the team has had the opportunity to participate in various skill-based courses such as a Level 1 Tactical Combat Casualty Care certification course, an Air Force Combatives course, and a Tactical Skills Builder Validation course. Both on and off the range, the members of CST are a professional, tightly knit, and well-rounded group of competitors who are always trying to learn and develop as shooters and future officers in the United States Air Force.
