Help develop players' warrior ethos and leadership skills through competition.

The USAFA Women's Club Lacrosse Team is a group of passionate, dedicated individuals who work hard to achieve their goals. Each year, the team sets goals that align with the development of well-rounded and successful cadets, to including maintaining academic excellence and building the ability to use individual strengths to the team's advantage.

The USAFA Women's Lacrosse Team's goal each year is to qualify and compete at the Women's Collegiate Lacrosse Associates national championship. The championship is scheduled for May 9-12, 2023, in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

How you can help

This $15,000 crowdfunding project will help cover the costs of team travel to compete at the national championships. It will also help pay for player development on and off the field.

In addition to ensuring players are developing into outstanding future leaders, the team strives to "Be the Best!" (team motto) on the field.

They develop their team in many ways:

  • demonstrate to other cadets why they should participate on the team.
  • provide an outlet to relax and build relationships outside of the stresses of their USAFA schedules.
  • act as a support system and a family for all members.
  • help each other in academics by tutoring each other when players are struggling.
  • conduct group workouts to improve fitness on and off the field.
  • the freshmen help each other by studying military knowledge.

Your support will permit the team to continue to support its members and encourage new members to join by allowing us to be competitive at the national level.
